	To get a certified copy you will need to fill out a copy request form and send in the $20 fee. If you need it quickly, you can fax the copy request form (860-535-5062) or email it to clerk@stonington-ct.gov & call the office (860-535-5060) with your credit card information. We accept Mastercard or Discover.

Please provide the following information:

Birth Records: Please provide the name and birth date of the individual.

Marriage or Civil Union Records: Please provide the names of the individuals on the license and date of event.

Death Records: Please provide the name and date of death of the decedent.
