· The Public Works Department currently oversees all of the streetlights in Town.
· Connecticut Light & Power owns almost all of the streetlights in Town.
· The rental rates for use of the streetlights costs the Town approximately $200,000 annually.
· There are approximately 1,400 streetlights throughout the Town of Stonington.
