HARBOR MANAGEMENT PLAN- MYSTIC
ORDINANCE RE: MYSTIC HARBOR MANAGEMENT PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGAL VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF STONINGTON
IN LAWFUL MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED:
That the Town adopt a Harbor Management Plan applicable to navigable waters known as Mystic River - Eastern Sector, the plan being titled the "Mystic Harbor Management Plan, May 1995", ("Plan") prepared by the Mystic Harbor Management Commission established by the Town of Stonington in accordance with Section 22a-113k, et seq. of the Connecticut General Statutes. Said Plan consists of two pages of table of contents, forty-one pages of text, and Appendices A-C.
This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper having a general circulation in the Town of Stonington.
