SIDEWALKS
ORDINANCE RE: PREVENT OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS
No person shall, except by written permission of the Selectmen, place, keep or knowingly suffer any box, bale, case, barrel, bundle, goods, merchandise, cart, vehicle, lumber, team, waste or rubbish or any article of any kind of description upon any highway, street, sidewalk, or public place in said Town, so as to obstruct travel or impede or cause inconvenience to public travel.
Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall pay a fine to the treasury of said Town of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five dollars ($5.00).
