STORE HOURS
ORDINANCE RE: REGULATING HOURS OF STORES, ETC.
No shop, store or other place of trade, entertainment, or business in said Town, other than restaurants, diners, soda fountains, ice cream parlors and any other eating establishments, shall hereafter be open after one (1) o'clock in the night season or be opened before four (4) o'clock in the morning. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
