Town of Stonington parking tickets are to be paid within 72 hours of issuance for the penalty indicated on the ticket. There is a $25 penalty for each parking restriction violation. Make your check or money order payable to the STONINGTON DEPARTMENT OF POLICE SERVICES and bring or send it to: 173 South Broad Street, Pawcatuck, CT 06379. You can bring or send cash at your own risk.
VEHICLES IN VIOLATION MAY BE TOWED TO A PUBLIC GARAGE AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Failure to pay your parking ticket will result in the issuance of an Infraction Complaint Summons for violations of the appropriate Connecticut State Statutes or Stonington Town Ordinances. Infractions for these violations carry total fines and fees of $60 - $116 per violation. Failure to pay an infraction could result in the suspension of your license and/or registration.
