New FDA Food Code Informational Sessions

CT has adopted the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Model Food Code and big changes are coming to CT and LLHD!  All restaurants, caterers, mobile food vendors, temporary and farmers’ markets food booths are strongly encouraged to join us at an informational session to discuss what changes are being implemented and how these changes will affect the procedures of both LLHD and our regulated establishments.

  • August 14, 2017 12:00pm-1:30pm, LLHD Main Office (216 Broad St, New London)
  • August 14, 2017 4pm-6pm, Stonington Police Station Community Room (173 S Broad St, Pawcatuck
  • August 14, 2017 4pm-6pm, Old Lyme Town Hall Meeting Room (52 Lyme St, Old Lyme)
