Income & Expense Forms (must be returned by June 3rd)

The Assessor's Office would like to make you aware of changes to the Income & Expense Program per PA 23-152:

1. A request for an extension may be submitted up to June 3rd.  

2. Any forms that have been postmarked by June 3rd will be considered timely filed.

3. Anyone that does not file a form or files late will receive a penalty equal to 10% of the net assessment and it will be done by certificate of correction after July 1st.
