Fourth Community Conversation - Short-Term Rentals

We plan to hold, what will likely be our final, Community Conversation on STRs. We will be offering an opportunity to come together to discuss what approach to STRs may work for Stonington residents. Attached you can find the current draft Ordinance. We plan to continue to explore new formats for engagement through small group discussion followed by a broader group engagement.  If you are unable to attend, we welcome input before the meeting by January 13th. The objective will be to finalize the draft Ordinance, which can represent residents' views on a balanced approach to STRs in Stonington. The Ordinance will then go to a Town Meeting for discussion and vote, likely in late February.

Refreshments and food from local businesses will be available.
