Food Resources

Please know the community has resources to help you during this time of need. Below is an overview of resources offered. We understand for many this may be the first time you are utilizing these services, so please do not hesitate to call Human Services if you would like to discuss further options or need any support.

FOOD SUPPORT DURING COVID-19 HEALTH CRISIS:

  • Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center - Food Pantry. Open Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri from 11am-3pm— Call (860) 599-3285 for more information.       
  • Stonington Public School Food Services Providing free breakfast and lunch to all school aged children.  Pickup in Stonington High School lot between 8-10am.
  • Apply for SNAP (Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program) formerly ‘Food Stamps’ online: www.connect.ct.gov.
  • Consider utilizing grocery delivery services (Instacart, Peapod, etc.) to avoid social contact.  Local Rotary Clubs are assisting with deliveries at this time.
