New filing information regarding Income & Expense reporting.

The Assessor's Office would like to make you aware of changes to the Income & Expense Program per PA 23-152:
* A request for an extension may be submitted up to June 1st.
* Any forms that have been postmarked by June 1st will be considered timely filed.
* Anyone that does not file a form or files late will receive a penalty equal to 10% of the net assessment and it will be done by certificate of correction after July 1st.
** This year June 1, 2024 falls on a Saturday so forms are due by June 3, 2024 **
