Legal Notice - Ordinances approved at the March 13, 2021 Virtual Special Town Meeting

TOWN OF STONINGTON

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinances were enacted by the legal voters of the Town of Stonington at the Virtual Special Town Meeting held on March 13, 2021.

1.  Stonington Harbor Management Plan with revisions to the Slow-No-Wake Ordinance in Stonington Harbor and establishing a Slow-No-Wake Ordinance at Sandy Point.

2.  Street Construction Ordinance - revisions and modifications to establish insurance minimums, require performance bonds and add indemnification language.    

A complete and detailed copy of the Ordinances is available for inspection and review in the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town’s website at www.stonington-ct.gov.
